So for quite a while I've been using this salt: Seasonello Coarse Sea Salt because I wanted the extra iodine for my hypothyroidism. Anyone know if I should just use my Morton's Pickling & Canning Salt instead? Thanks!
UPDATE: read thru some threads and am definitely switching to my Morton's salt--I don't want any extra heavy metals!
