These things seem put out some EMF. I'm not sure how they stack up against devices like mobile phones. But they're certainly shooting some bluetooth out.
Regardless of strength, the concern is more that it's in constant contact with the skin for 8+ hours while sleeping. Potentially the head too if you sleep with your hands against your head by default or during the night.
Some people have reported have interrupted sleep while wearing them. I wonder if there's a basis to this.
Ray warns against things like sleeping with electric blankets.
What do you think? Are there any studies on this?
