1.Orange juice with creatine

2.Coffee with A2 milk half cup coffee/half cup milk

3.While consuming these beverages sit outside in the Miami sun for 30 minutes-1 hour depending on the day

4.Right before leaving the house 20 drops of magnoil EVERYDAY this is a game changer and maybe niacinamide on occasion 500-1,500mgs when I do take it

These 4 things have been crucial for depression/sucidal thoughts
