I've recently found niacinamide to be an absolute saviour against my chronic poor sleep. But there's a big difference between the two forms. Yes I've tried it but --- maybe it would be helpful to describe Why you are waking up --- what is causing it.Has anyone tried Niacinamide 25 or 50 mg when waking up in the middle of the night?
