What if you have post orgasmic illness syndrome so you have to wait out many days/weeks after every ejaculation until the histamine+inflammation+other mast cell mediator induced cascade fully heals?

I'll have to do a whole separate article on that, but it's all about improving your general health as well.

Thanks, Hans! BTW, what do you think of the icing your balls thing?
It can work, but the effort is a major limiting factor. I'd also be careful with exposing the testes to such cold for that long.

Thanks guys! What would you say stood the most out, made the most sense or was there something you disagreed with or had a different view on?

- Nutritional deficiencies or rather not prioritizing micros is very underrated for libido and performance.
- Erection quality and ability to sustain a quality erection when at a baseline libido is a great asset.
- A man's confidence is crucial. It is a fuzzy topic but he needs to get it figured out. Porn can reduce a man's confidence and self-esteem.

The body makes it from glutamine, but it's a controlled production. Not sure if supplementing glutamine will increase glutamate. People supplement like 20g and never get glutamate toxicity. MSG might work, but the dose required might be really high. Plus the body just converts it back to glutamine.
Eating a nutrient dense diet should optimize its production. Lots of glutamate antagonists, such as zinc, magnesium, theanine, etc, might blunt libido, but everything is more complicated than just 1 pathway ofc.
