I feel as though my addiction has made my life much harder than it has needed to be. As soon as I started wanting to have sex at 12 I became addicted to porn and was addicted until this year at 21. I realized how harmful it was and have amassed a couple of lengthy no fap streaks by my standards (14+ Days) but I still have failed numerous times. This constantly stressed state I’m in also affects my weight because if I go over 1200 cals or so I balloon immediately which is cortisol related. My main question is what are some recommended supplements that help neutralize an addiction like this? This destroyed my teenage years and I don’t want it to destroy my twenties.

Too much estrogen could be a culprit here. Vitamin E, Apsirin, Vitamin K2 and D, carrot salad among others can help with that.

Lowering cortisol should also be helpful. Maybe high cortisol is not just the effect but also a cause for your addictive behavior. As a sort of self-medication for high stress.

Good that you found out about the porn problem at a fairly young age. I wish it would have been the case for me too. Porn is a mouse trap without cheese.

Dopamine precursors and novel experiences among the usual other recommendations you will get. Some folks with SNPs in genes related to dopamine metabolism will tend to have more addictive tendencies. I should know because I have some SNPs.. You may be plowing through your dopamine very quickly and that causes/exacerbates addictive behaviours.

I can confirm what @-Luke- wrote. Else, in my case I managed to lower my libido by crushing estrogen with DHT only based HRT.

DHT is indeed a good suggestion. Another one is Progesterone but men should be very careful and supplement just a tiny bit and read a lot before touching hormones. I had some issues with Progesterone recently due to being too careless with its use.

Sry for being lazy - it's not actually DHT but Masteron (inject), which you can get anywhere.

Thanks for this. I’m interested in Masteron, it seems like an anabolic that’s reasonably in line with Peats philosophies (if you’re HPTA is already shutdown from TRT). What dosages and frequency do you use? Intramuscular or subQ?

Yes I have been for months. It hasn’t really affected me negatively yet but I know I’m holding myself back by staying here.
I'm not an expert but I think that would take precedence over the other issues you're describing. I don't know how anyone could be healthy or comfortable eating only 1200 calories a day.

@golder 200mg mast/week + 50mg Primobolan/week. The prim is just in case mast doesn't cover all DHT properties / likely not needed. Intramuscular with a slin pin (1 time per week), fairly never in the same spot again. With Subq you risk cosmetic issues.

There is no "orgasm addiction" – wanting to orgasm is normal, and a marker of good health.

But you'll never be fully satisfied by masturbating or abstaining. Have sex, or work towards it.

Thanks man. I’ve read on a few bodybuilding forums and some of them have claimed that they have started pinning subQ succesfully when under 1ml in volume (including the knowledgable VigorousSteve on YouTube recently). When you say ‘risking cosmetic issues’ what do you mean? Small marks/scars on the abdomen? I use peptides subQ and I’ve never had that, would that be different when using something like Masteron? Thanks for your expertise man.
