Pepcid And Hypotension Explanation?

Note: I'm extremely sensitive to meds since I got serotonin syndrome.

About 2 months back I took 2/100 of a Pepcid pill - 1/100 in the morning and the other in the evening - and pretty shortly after taking the second microdose I experienced mild hypotension, mild bradycardia, and tingling for quite some time afterwards. Haven't touched Pepcid since then, but now I want to give it another go. The reason is I suffer from histamine reactions to everything I eat and have to take 2 H1 blockers a day. After taking the antihistamines my heart rate increases by about 20bpm. I'm thinking maybe blocking the H1 receptors increases the heart rate, but decreases when I block the H2 receptors. Is that a reasonable explanation or do I just suffer awful side effects to every med? Thanks in advance.
