Progesterone - What Lab Values Call for It (per Ray/Georgi)?

I see the various posts about progesterone.
I am considering using progest-e. I have heard that it can help sleep.
What lab markers do Peat or Dinkov usually say are necessary before progesterone is recommended?
Estradiol of a certain value? Mine is 20.
I already asked the local Progesterone expert about this (Sons of Europe - no reply yet).
