Anyone know which protein powder is the safest? Heard Georgi say that casein is preferred more than whey, since whey raises the insulin more than casein....
What about plant based, is that a no-go? And anyone tried goat protein?

I’m liking Naked Pea recently. It’s an isolate and has a nice calcium:phosphorus ratio. I’m definitely not an expert on protein powders though so do your own research on it and see what you think!

Goat casein is the best if you can afford it. If not, a high quality (cold-processed and grass-fed) casein will be good. Glyphosate free collagen/gelatin is always good too, but not as much if you're aiming for muscle growth

I like collagen protein powder blended into a shake with some raw milk and skyr.

Thanks, how is collagen/gelatin not good regarding muscle growth?

I just saw this so it has me rethinking protein powders. I’m not sure how reliable it is but it’s probably worth researching further.
