I have an overnight flight coming up and I'm trying to figure out the best way to get rest during the 5 hour flight. Open to all comments and suggestions from drugs to sound to comfort.
So far my loose plan is to:
1) 2mg of Cypro
2) Valarian Root tea
3) Listen to Theta Brian wave music
4) Neck Pillow
5) Eye Shades
Anything wrong with the above? Other suggestions? I don't think I'll be able to sleep upon arrival so the more I can rest my brain on the flight the better.
