Hello Haduit

Curious what kind of magnesium

You reccomend and dose?

Appreciate it

Why are you asking just me? This is a forum so the question should be to everybody. When people see you are asking only one person then nobody else chimes in and it is the same as if you sent me an email/PM.

Magnesium is currently the most powerful and non-specific known such NMDA antagonist.
Other OTC nmda antagonists:
  • Theanine (also promotes BDNF, GABA antagonist causing GABA-system upregulation)
AMPA antagonist, Kainate antagonist, Group One Metabotropic Glutamate Receptor antagonist. The Group One MGluR's boost the activity of NMDA receptors, so by blocking those receptors theanine is blocking NMDA
  • Agmatine (also promotes BDNF amongst other things...)
  • Apigenin (eg German Chamomile extract)
  • S-Allyl Cysteine (a major component of garlic)
  • Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO)
