900mg B1 (Thiamine HCL) in the morning after breakfast.
Magnesium Glycinate (Pure Encapsulation) and Milk Thistle at night.
I got a cold with slight fever a few days ago.
My sleep is getting better with Magnesium Gylcinate and Milk Thistle.
Until now I only have small and unstable successes with my B1 experiment.
I can't find the right dose for me.
I pause for a few days and start again at the lowest dose. This time per dose one week.
It can not be that I'm just one of those which do not react to the Vitamin B1.
