I want to dive into the topic of supplements. I know RP isnt a fan of supplement and neither am i, but i can have benefits since alot of the food is bad and if your coming from a nutritional deficiency. I have tried ALOT of supplements during my time (8 years) that claimed to do this and that. Everything from herbs,"hormones as in T3 and thyroid", vitamins, minerals etc. Nothing has made a positive or negative impact on my health so im kind of questioning the whole thing since it doesnt give me anything. The only thing i have noticed did something is caffeine,aspirin,K2 and maybe T3 but i havent felt much from it. So i was wondering if one is taking supplements how important is it that its pure and clean and just in pure powder form without any pills or crap inside even tho i tend to get the cleanest ones and i also use pure powder as well.? what have been your experience with supplements? im talking about pregnenolone,niacin,DHEA,zinc,vitamin A,D,E etc etc etc etc
