Hey everyone, I’ve recently started a powerlifting program called the Stanza 8 Week Powerlifting Program. I noticed after my first workout that I may have overtrained, and I may not be eating enough calories. I'm currently on a Test / Deca cycle, and I might add either Methylstenbolone or Anadrol for quicker mass gain. In terms of diet, I have been trying to follow Stan Efferding's Vertical diet. I have increased my intake of calories by way of dirty bulking while still trying to follow the vertical diet. I noticed that after my first workout I felt very fatigued, and I am wondering if I may be suffering from Adrenal Insufficiency. Would adding more T3 possibly help my energy levels? Thanks.
