What would a temp/pulse chart for categorizing consistency of metabolism look like, and is there such a thing? For example, my experience would look something like this:
97.2/60 = bad metabolism
97.6/64
98.0/68
98.2/70 = fair metabolism
98.4/72
98.6/76 = good metabolism
98.8/80
98.6+/100+ = adrenaline
So, temp and pulse seem to rise or lower consistently with each other.
However, sometimes I will get a higher temp with lower pulse (eg, 98.2/64), or vice verse (eg, 97.9/72). I generally feel poor at those times, and need both to be high, but I don't know why one lowers or rises alone (except in the case of adrenaline).
Any thoughts? Any charts?
