Definitely starting the day with lots of egg yolks. Egg yolks, coffee, sheep milk, and honey boosts my dopamine like nothing else.

Lightly fried (in a little water) liver (small amount), and cooked so its still slightly pink in the middle. Then add grated parmigiano (for taste and fat/calories), and some salt. Perhaps a little ketchup. Or add a yolk or two on top. Cup of coffee, and some apple juice or OJ.

That's just one breakfast.

3rd breakfast ~10am

Right. Good point.

Well just yesterday I played and excelled in backyard ice hockey (about 2 hours in duration) where all the other players were 10-20 years younger than I (I'll be 52 years old in ~4 months). Yes, my skill level is decently high, which might skew the excel part but my endurance, headiness, and drive was right there with everyone else. Almost zero aches and pains after and no cramping and stiffness during the session.

Wonderful. Eating like this points to excellent health. Glad to hear it. And at 52, not 25, even more impressive.

Lately I’ve been making egg yolk coffees containing 3 egg yolks, 1-2 cups of full fat milk, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 cup of strong coffee.
Hot or cold? Doesn't the yolk start to solidify in the hot water?

Yeah, buddy! THat's a lot of oats though. Is it more of a porridge texture, or does it go down easy?

Great stuff. Do you have a recipe for the oyster stew?

It goes very easy, dont even feel the oats, very liuquid still.

I find better blood sugar control with starches in my meals.
