I think it would be more beneficial if he would cite/talk about publications where they relate toxicity with 25-OH blood levels and other markers. Daily intake leads to different outcomes in different people (different 25-OH levels). Considering other medications (burden on the kidneys) or preconditions. Where are the toxicity studies of people having 25-OH levels of around 40ng/mL or lets say below 50ng/mL? Most toxic cases had massive levels of 25-OH, right?
