I wonder if any of you knows wether fried fruit that's fried only in coconut oil - like store bought banana chips - have trans fats / hydrogenated fats.

I DON'T think so, unless the label is lying, because coconut oil is made of saturated fat, not trans or hydrogenated.Why do you think so if I may ask?
