My period is late this cycle. The past several months I've been a few days late, but this month it seems to be even a few extra days.
I started using Vitamin E transdermally the last 2 weeks or so. Hard to measure how much I'm slathering on, but probably less than 400iu per day. Is it possible that the vitamin E is acting like progesterone, or maybe helping to increase progesterone production, and possibly delaying my period?
