Regarding vitamin k, what is the difference between menatetrenone vs menaquinone? I have Now brand vitamin K which has 100 mcg of menaquinone per capsule, and i have Carlson brand vitamin K which has 5 mg of menatetrenone per capsule. See links below:
Now Foods, MK-7, Vitamin K-2, 100 mcg, 60 Veggie Caps
Carlson Labs, Vitamin K2, Menatetrenone, 5 mg, 180 Capsules
Ray recommends about 1 mg of vitamin K for every 300 mg of aspirin. I am assuming he is referring to vitamin K as menatetrenone. My question is what is the dosage of vitamin K required per 300 mg of aspirin when it is taken in the form of menaquinone?
