For a while now my sleep hasn't been to bad, I have been taking 1 gram of gaba and 250mg of magnesium before bed, I still wake up to pee but I can often get back to sleep fairly quick, I still wake up in the morning feeling tired though.This is happening to me too, since Peating, and my sleep quality is affected.
I very rarely used to wake up in the middle of the night. Might be some blood sugar regulations going on?
I'm eating 3500 calories / day, so that's surely enough.
