What the real protective dose of vit B3 ? danger of high dose !

Do you happen to know whether taking B vitamins as a complex per se hinders the individual B vitamin's function?

Sorry for the delay in responding; I missed the notification. Although I recently read that B1 will block niacinamide (B3) if taken together, I cannot attest to that because I do take my niacinamide (90mg) with my B1 (thiamine hcl, high dose) and I have experienced improvements from the niacinamide (weight loss was a new happy result).
