Hey does anyone know where I can buy a good calcium supplement in the UK?

Why not make your own? It can only be purer than the commercial junk we have here. It takes less than an hour and can last months, using a reasonable amount of egg shells.

Yeah I have just seen the video east west have put up... is it better to use chicken eggs or oyster eggs in your opinion?

Well, RP said milk > eggshell > oyster shell as calcium source. Which is pretty handy, I'm sure powdering oysters must be messier...

It's a pet product, but they just pasteurize the eggshells and grind them up, so I wouldn't personally have a problem consuming it. And it looks like this particular seller is willing to ship internationally at a reasonable price if you place a large order.
