can you develop Hashimoto/or other autoimmune from having secondary hypothyroidism?

For the past few months, i was treating my hypothyroidism which i got due to chronic stress(fasting, dieting, lifting etc). I noticed that my thyroid antibodies grew drastically since started natural thyroid glandular, can i develop the autoimmune disease if i have secondary hypothyroidism by taking natural glandular?
