Thank you. It seems to be the case that magnesium initially helps but after a couple days drastically increases panic.Perhaps that whenever you're stressed, your Ca enters the cell (contraction), setting K out of the cell. Mg is called to calm down, but we're often deficient. Electrical and chemical unbalance follows.
Potassium is the key mineral to balance electrolytes. Not Mg. Mg acts as a fireman. Needed but not sufficient.
Also high calcium intake doesn’t do anything for me either.
