Many of us are struggling getting enough protein for muscle building on a Peat diet. 150 g daily (average) is hard to find if you don't drink 2L milk every day, if you don't have enough money or just no time. Androsterone and other "pro-metabolic" substances are useful but still need enough protein to synthesis muscle. Gelatin (70g daily) could be good approach to help increase growth but still not considered as "proteinogenic amino acid". I was wondering if it was possible to create similar safe whey protein powder but without all bad amino acids such as tryptophan or glutamic acid. Could mixing for exemple Lysine, Alanine, Proline, Valine, Leucine, Lysine and add some gelatin to that achieve same benefits as "normal whey" in term of intake quantity or is there a nonsense somewhere ? @Hans maybe you have already answered the question ?
