I can also report better sleep and I'm also noticing increased visual acuity. I've taken a few small doses topically.

Please link me to the liver build up stuffWhen you research Ivermectin you will find that as a prohylactic that you should take the 12mg only once a week. That is because it does build up in your liver.
show meDon't take this ***t. It's neuro toxic
It will burn your brain, destroy your blood-brain barrier, and causes cancers (specially liver)
A single dose, or 2 max could be taken if really needed, but never more if you don't want to get sides
I've not seen any similar claims in my research on Ivermectin so if you're going to say those things then please explain the evidence or where you're getting this from...Don't take this ***t. It's neuro toxic

Mainly from Dr Dmitry Kats, you can read him on the Niatonin group (he's on telegram, tweeter, and niacincurescovid.com). He gave dozens of refs about this. But you can also find proofs just typing "ivermectin toxicity" or "ivermectin neurotoxic" on your favorite research engine.
Sorry if my post seems rude, but I really think he's right...

I don' sell anything, so I have nothing to gain telling this (only insults most of times...).
Ray cautioned for brain damage from ivermectin too i think? Atleast some forum member said that he had.
Per the link I previously posted about IVM MOA, it makes sense due to its high liposolubility and it being metabolized in the liver (cytochrome P450 system). You might want to consider if you're taking anything that might inhibit or enhance CYP450.
Following a standard oral dose in healthy humans, it reaches peak plasma levels at 3.4 to 5 h; and plasma half-life has been reported to be 12 to 66 h.
I have been looking for his stuff on Ivermectin and finding nothing...and if you type in "ivermectin toxicity" all you find are pages and pages of posts on why it doesn't work for Covid.Mainly from Dr Dmitry Kats, you can read him on the Niatonin group (he's on telegram, tweeter, and niacincurescovid.com). I don't understand why it must build up in the liver though. It looks like it can be distributed to all the tissues quite easily. Plus, I am not sure why it has to build up if you have well working bowels (I do) and take a reasonable dose.Per the link I previously posted about IVM MOA, it makes sense due to its high liposolubility and it being metabolized in the liver (cytochrome P450 system). These kinds of one offs and very rare cases do not really concern me. There is definitely risk there, but does the risk outweigh the benefits is the question
Ivermectin is an antiinfective agent with activity against several parasitic nematodes and scabies and is the treatment of choice for onchocerciasis (river blindness). It is typically given as one or two oral doses. Ivermectin therapy has been associated with minor, self-limiting serum aminotransferase elevations and very rare instances of clinically apparent liver injury.
First case of ivermectin-induced severe hepatitis
Summary. Loiasis, caused by the filarial parasite Loa loa, is endemic in West and Central Africa. Ivermectin has been shown to be an effective treatment ofacademic.oup.com
ehh, I am just not seeing the risk there, especially considering how variable its half life is. Just taking a day or two off now and then would pretty much take care of this.I don't know what you mean by reasonable dose, but at standard dosage the half-life varies quite a bit - half day to almost 3 days. If you're putting it in faster than the liver can remove it, it will buildup.
I have ivemectin and plan to use it when the time is right. I posted those studies because you asked for evidence. There are risks to most medicines. It’s good practice to be aware of them. These kinds of one offs and very rare cases do not really concern me. There is definitely risk there, but does the risk outweigh the benefits is the question
