my TSH is: 1.370 reference interval is 0.45--> 4.5
triiodothiyronine free serum : 2.8 reference interval 2.0--->4.4
t4 free direct : 1.44 reference interval 0.82 ------>1.77

estradiol : 23

they didnt give me the reference interval for it

so any thoughts please ?

Not conclusive. Consider in association with signs and symptoms - eg temps, heartrate, actual health issues.
You could stick a thermometer in yr armpit for 10min a couple of times when you wake up in the morning for more data.
