Has anyone ever tried this magnesium oil...

Supposedly its really strong and absorb through the skin

When I see that much marketing spiel I just assume it's BS. More than one company sells Mg Oil/Mg Chloride sourced from "the ancient zechstein seabed". It may have some water in it but it's very concentrated, 66mg elemental Mg per four sprays, 560mg per tsp. IME it absorbs through the skin quite well.

I mixed up some mag chloride/msm/ and rosemary oil in distilled water today. Getting tired of taking so many supplements by mouth tbh..... Just wondering if other ingredients can be added to this mixture for different benefits (ie zinc/caffeine / aspirin)? Would make it a lot easier to use the spray a couple times a day and reap all rewards.

The spray oils will absorb into your skin, however, I think this is better suited for pains and such. It will build up. I just prefer making the Bicarbonate drink in my kitchen, so that I can feel like Mr. Wizard.
