Only a small sample, check the news for plenty of others .. the first one just shows how things have changed while remaining the same, the outcome though ..

Would the USA allow any country to encircle it?
Why should other countries tolerate the same?

The plan is similar to what the US did to Japan in WWII, setup a sea blockade to prevent oil & gas from reaching China, but Russia must be defeated first so it doesn't break the energy blockade.

Why? Because China will surpass the US and become the financial capital of the world.

If you haven't noticed, the US maintains its dominance by keeping everyone down: wars, bombings, ISIS and other terrorist groups, sabotage, biological and chemical warfare, etc.

The US is a very destructive influence that spreads corruption, violence, pollution, and death all over the world.

And for the Europeans, the US will destroy Europe in the process (a fait accompli at this point).

Who will say "we didn't know" this time?

Now you see why the US must keep everyone down and do what it takes to continue this destructive globalist agenda, which Russia and China can derail by offering a sane alternative.

I CAN'T WAIT to get drafted to the army and dedicate my life to ZOG - Yes! WWIII, let's go! Trained MY WHOLE LIFE for this, ITS OVER for these Russian soldiers once they WITNESS my Quickscope/No-scope 360 trick shots

But yea - on a serious note - WWIII will not happen UNTIL Jews are en-masse called back to Israel, its VITAL that this occurs before it starts,

The War is designed to destroy all religions

Also, the war will START over Israel and the Middle East and the rest of the countries (US, Russia, China, etc) will GO TO WAR only after taking sides in the conflict

The news is just shilling that there is "tension" existent between the countries

We still have quite some time before the war starts

China offers no sane alternatives. You can feel however you want about the US, but let’s not pretend the CCP isn’t the model for every aspiring totalitarian government today.

The new silk road and its potential for sustainable development: how open digital participation could make BRI a role model for sustainable businesses and markets

China’s New Silk Road (aka Belt and Road Initiative (BRI)) will invest a 1 trillion USD budget across Asia, Africa and Europe. As BRI wants to contribute also to sustainable development, the authors argue that only open digital participation of all citizens, corporations and governments and the collective intelligence, collaborative innovation and co-creation will make BRI a global role model for sustainability. For a highly networked, globalized, complex and digitalized world with limited resources the key ingredients for sustainable success are the following 10Cs: co-thinking, co-working, co-learning, co-creation, combinatorial innovation, co-ownership, co-ordination, co-operation, co-evolution, and collective intelligence. By linking BRI with digital infrastructures and corporate data management systems, a coordinated but distributed effort may be achieved with positive effects on social responsibility and sustainability for supply chains, data management, corporate reporting and regulatory issues.

As China’s signature foreign policy initiative in the 21st century, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is rapidly becoming a global undertaking. Initially launched in 2013 as an international infrastructure project, BRI harkened back to the Silk Road, an ancient network of trade routes connecting the East and the West. At first, BRI focused on two distinct prongs: a “belt” of overland economic corridors across Eurasia and a maritime “road” of shipping lanes through Southeast Asia to South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. By early 2021, however, BRI encompassed more than 140 countries representing close to 40% of global output and 63% of the world’s population.

News is always designed to mislead. Right, left, nationalist, socialist, doomer, truther, you name it. If there's a headline, there's an ulterior motive.

The yuan has none of the characteristics necessary to become a reserve currency, and the PBOC doesn't want that anyway. All fiat depreciates, but when it comes to fiat vs. fiat, there is no one even attempting to challenge the dollar. Nations will avoid using it where they can, but for the vast majority of world trade there is still no alternative. It will lose its status gradually over time, but keep in mind Rome took centuries to fall (and arguably still exists as one of the most powerful institutions in the world, the Vatican).

I follow a lot of global macro pundits, and I think Brent Johnson has one of the most lucid takes on this.

It has production, massive scale production.

And the Russians and Chinese are trying to back their currency by gold, the Russians are very successful and the Chinese are following suit.

The US dollar will rise because of war, but that's a double-edge sword, the economy needs a balance of trade.

The US is bankrupt, as demonstrated by the crisis of the long-term debt (30 yr bonds).

War is also a distraction for the US can't continue servicing the growing debt, hence the need for a reset. At the same time, war is a reason for buyers to seek short-term debt instead.

Did you consider that the US wants to introduce a digital currency, eliminating cash in the process?

How nations that today are abandoning trade in US dollars will react?

Using Swift to punish Russia was a mistake that drove an economic wedge between the West and the Global South.

It's really troubling to read all of the China cheerleaders on twitter proclaim how China is the savior of the world. While they rightfully criticize the US and want its aggressions stopped, they don't realize that what's coming afterwards will be the worst the world has ever seen

"Sustainable" is code for "controlled by bureaucrats"

This is fearmongering about the future when people can see what the US has given us and has to offer in the near future.

China is not the only nation, you seem to forget Russia, India, Brazil, and others.

There's a big difference between hegemony and multipolarity.

Let other nations develop, instead of forcing regime-change all over the globe.

All others will adopt what China has pioneered - digital tyranny

Totally agreed. Looking at what the CCP has done to its own people in the last century to assert dominance, I can’t even imagine what they’d be willing to do to others.

All of which have little to do with world reserve currency status.
