This has me questioning a frequently used food staple in my home:
Canned organic tomato sauce.
Cons:
Canned
Citric acid
Seeds pulverized in there
Increases serotonin?
Is lycopene ok?
Pros:
Vitamin C
It’s cooked fruit
It is versatile and tasty
It’s organic
I don’t believe I have any adverse reactions...
But maybe I do?
I don’t know if this is increasing serotonin or histamine...
I’m simply confused, hence your criticisms, critiques and experiences are appreciated.
