I have a lot of opened supplements I've tried and stopped taking years ago. Now I want to try some of them again. Internet says vit / mineral supps degrade after 1-2 years. Anyone find differently? Like 5 year old vitamin b2 powder, 8 year old magnesium glyc powder. Etc.

I`d get rid of a supplement only if I noticed change of color, smell, taste etc. I don`t bother about expiry date, but that`s me.....
