I've been tracking my sleep with a sleep tracker that records the sounds and movement during sleep, including snoring, talking, electrical sounds, etc.
In the last couple of weeks I've suddenly started talking in my sleep almost every night, something I've only done a couple times a year before. I'm also not a snorer, even if I've snored occasionally throughout the year.
Just curious if anyone might know what is going on hormonally or chemically when someone is sleep talking, or why someone would suddenly start in the 41st year :)
