What I personally use is hydrated chia seedsOkay interesting. I heard that using some fiber can help but I didn’t know about adding charcoal as well. I’ve never used charcoal but I will look into the best one to get and how to take it. Thanks for the info @Wolf
Water to half a cup height. Add 1 tbsp chia/1cup water. Stir until chia expands. Empty 1-2 capsules of activated charcoal(organic coconut or at least coconut[it should fizz]). Wait an odd 10 minutes.
Works great. Take after TUDCA has emptied from stomach or it defeats the point.
