Vitamin E Supplement

Hi Everyone, has anyone found a plain old Vitamin E pill without it coming from a PUFA? Any brands to recommend?

Awesome, thanks so much Charlie. The Sunflower Oil that is in a lot of them ie) Mercola, that would be considered a PUFA, correct??

If you're looking for natural supplementation, there's no way to avoid pufa. the sunflower oil brands are devoid of the estrogen hit (and gmo for that matter) that you would get from soy brands, so sunflower oil is the better choice.

Sun e from now foods but it doesn't have alpha and gamma like unique e. I use unique e and it's great.

I take AOR Total E. The caramel is not ideal but otherwise seems fine.

I have vitamin E in blood 19 (norm 5-20), so I don't need any supplement?

Does anyone take Aspirin with this and worried that Vit E is also a blood thinner, or any recommendations?
