I read most of this book and she recommends MK-7.

Kate is an N.D. from Canada and recommends MK-7. I have read that Jarrow is a good brand of Mk-7.
Dr. Bleue appears to be an expert on K2. Please comment.

Page 139 : Vitamin K2 for Fertility:
"Osteocalcin, produced by the skeleton's bone-building osteoblast cells, induces the testes to produce testosterone. This stimulates sperm production and survival, having a fundamental effect on fertility. Osteocalcin-deficient male mice have significantly smaller testes and decreased sperm counts, and display 60 percent to 80 percent lower circulating testosterone levels compared with healthy litter mates."
"Osteocalcin binds to testicular Leydig cells, the body's key testosterone factories. The dependence of osteocalcin production on vitamin D makes both vitamins D and K2 essential to male fertility. Research on fertility and the benefits of vitamin K2 is at its earliest stage of discovery."
