What foods feed gram negative bacteria in the gut?

I read here that gram negative bacteria produce most of the endotoxin in the body.

Hi,
I won't think about gram- like that but why there is stagnation and weak MMC (stools).
If unbalance because of a lack of e.g. theanine (B1) or butyrate, there will be overgrowth of some bacteria, namely gram-.
Also if you kill excess thanks to antibiotics => LPS overflow / liver saturated.
Note: If low transit (weak MMC) mind carbohydrates in the second part of the colon (insoluble fibers): potato, bread, pasta, etc.

Consuming a high-fat meal may feed Gram-negative bacteria, resulting in an increase in circulating endotoxin levels and plasma LPS concentrations.
