If we do choose to supplement:
What can we consider the safest form of Ion in supplements?
Glycinate/Chelate ?
Oxide ? (Unlikely!)
Citrate ? (Heard Peat say bad things about this in an interview)
Stearate ?
Would it differ depending on the mineral? Magnesium, Zinc etc For Calcium its clear its Carbonate. Would a carbonate Ion be safe for consumption combined with other minerals? Or do certain combinations become toxic?
My biochemistry is not good enough for me to work this out.
I have not heard Mr Peat mention which one he would consider least damaging/allergenic simply because he generally doesn't recommend mineral supplementation at all.
