My personal sources are macadamia nut oil, beef tallow, coconut oil, butter. I go through phases with all of them rotating them around based on what I want or how I'm feeling. I never cook with macadmia nut oil or butter tho due to oxidation of MUFA in macadmia nut oil and cholesterol in butter.What are your sources of fat? What are the best fat sources for high dht? Saturated/ monounsaturated sources are best. Have to see what fats you tolerate well, could be any of the ones I mentioned. Cocoa butter and chocolate are also great fats sources.
