Ay-yi-yi. Long story short: Prolix yenta and medical consumer Patricia Rohlf (who has a B.S. doncha know) has numerous problematic encounters with a variety of healthcare givers, among whom is Dr Peat, whom she met at an obesity clinic in the 80's. Dr Peat's attempts to help her were adjudged nefarious so she turned him in to the Feds, who subsequently busted him (or at least appropriated his shipment of progesterone). She concludes with a 6 point program to heal health care in America.

Moral of the story? No good deed goes unpunished.
