On @Tarmander suggestion I tried Activated charcoal every day. I took healthnatura's granular activated charcoal. In yogurt, generally between meals or with meals.
I found it made me feel better but it caused gut irritation in the form of anal pain. Nothing horrible but...or I should say butt...I had to stop.
Now I'm back to raw carrot.
