Advice for dosing with aspirin powder

So I recently purchased Health Natura Aspirin Powder--it comes with a tiny scoop that measures about 110 mg. I already take vitamin K (switching from 25 drops of Mk-4 to 15 drops of Mk4/Mk7 when it arrives). What is a good beginning dose of aspirin powder to start with, and can I mix it with ANY liquid? Should I split it throughout the day? ANY advice much appreciated!

@livesimply Standard aspirins here are 300mg so I take 2 scoops. I noticed it doesn't all seem to dissolve even in hot water which is strange because I thought the stuff that didn't dissolve was what is discarded when dissolving normal tablets to discard the fillers etc.

I throw 3 scoops in my mouth in the morning when I am drinking coffee. Sometimes I take the same at night.
