Im not an expert and still trying to choose a bulb for myself, but your first link seems very overpriced product. So are all lights sold in eu/us sites. Check alibaba, bulbs there are $20 and exact same are selling in livegivingstore, redlightman etc for $120 +. And also check the color specter of the light depending for what you are going to use it.
