I checked the croissant ingredients in my two closest supermarkets recently, made with butter and no soy.only really good croissants are made with butter. Almost all of them are made with veggie oil unless they are very high quality.
I also checked the ingredients on a good-looking cheesecake locally too - gelatine, no carrrageenan or other gums. The thin crust under it was made of wheaty biscuits that probably have a bit of oil in them, but that part would be easily avoided.Locust bean gum or carageenan...cheesecake is a big no no
Dishwasher has no trouble with butter, but scrambled eggs take a a bit of work. :)I think butter is one of the most annoying to wash off of pans...
