Yes of course they have to know where to deliver stuff too, but that has nothing to do with a Visa gift card.

It does, because if the government can block your card for not being vaccinated, it can also ban you from using delivery services.

It is already happening in China.

if you wanted to stay anonymous while using a visa gift card, you'd have to use it to purchase in store anyway (in which case you can just use cash) or for online delivery orders you'd need to use a friends house or a random house address for deliveries?

Did the FDA make a deceptive move regarding the vaccine approval? Can only an approved vaxx be mandated?

Which vaccine will they use? The approved one (Comirnaty labeled) or the Emergency Use one? Pfizer has lots of the EUA vaccine on hand. But this is not the approved and licensed vaccine. If the EUA vaccine is used people will not have much grounds to sue if anything goes wrong. And that vaxx cannot be mandatory, only the branded one, Comirnaty labeled, can be mandated. And it is the one Pfizer will be liable for.
