I'm starting to realize I have hyper reactive skin on my face and scalp. If I take Aspirin or Cypro, my skin the next day immediately dries up. If I use topical Vit D 6,000 IU (applied to my wrists) I get extremely oily skin. I'm not sure why my skin is so reactive to these supplements. I am curious if anyone has a reasoning to this. Dry skin leads to dandruff and itchy scalp, oily skin will help clear my dandruff but cause my face to break out in acne.
