Something I've been wondering about -
We talk about the bacteria in the gut producing endotoxin, in response to gut irritation and starch.
Would the same happen for bacteria anywhere else in the body? They can settle in all kind of places, organs, blood, mouth etc. especially if a person is not healthy. So feeling ill/flu-like could be an effect of the endotoxin from all over the body?
And also, how to get rid of these bacteria? It seems antibiotics are not enough for chronic infections, as they just come back.
So to get rid of the bacteria maybe we should:
- avoid bacteria feeders like starch
- improve immune system by raising thyroid/balancing hormones
- increase body temperature by raising thyroid again
Any thing else to kill the bacteria or keep their numbers down?
