Hello, Just wanted to introduce myself and to thank you all. This forum has helped me in so many ways. I'm 29, A few years ago I stumbled on Ray Peats work through a Personal Trainer. I currently do resistance training several times a week, it's something that I love and I am trying to do my best while still eating a Raypeat based diet. I hope to learn more about exercise and ray peats work. I am always coming back to this page for clarity. I'm glad I finally found the time to sign up to get more access and also ask questions myself. I'm working on self educating myself. Thank you so much in advance for your efforts.
