Have you seen the idea that salt will help with magnesium retention?
I'm also thinking of doing what a commenter named Perry suggested, applying an epsom salt solution topically rather than bothering with a bath.

I have the salts so it would be great to not have to buy anything more. Do you know how much we absorb when we do salt bath? Do you take the cream of tartar with the Epsom salt? Is that to balance minerals? Potassium?
