I have been exploring this issue a lot in the past years. You could try things like brain spotting or EMDR. Have you considered cannabis? I will say that German new medicine has given me a whole new outlook on my current health conditions, though it provides little help in resolving the nervous system. Many times, just recognizing what your health issues are, and from which category the illness stems can provide relief. Try “German new medicine A-Z index“ in your browser. And if it strikes your fancy, there’s many YouTube videos and groups available to learn more. I have found it very helpful.
I also like the TRE video listed above. What I do with that is when I exercise and get the shakes, I use the shakes as a tool to release, pent-up trauma by using focus and attention.
